Mr. Heck supervises the ERISA practice portion of Niedweske Barber’s litigation team. He has over 13 years of experience litigating claims governed by ERISA, as well as adverse benefit determinations under individual policies of life, health and disability insurance. Mr. Heck litigates in both state and federal courts and has argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, including issues involving:
